Leadership clear that leadership is not only

Leadership should be understood considering both good and bad
leadership. It would be irrelevant if we focused on only good leadership or
leaders and overlook bad leadership and leaders. In the case Kellerman has made
it very clear that leadership is not only good but bad as well. Bad leaders are
also leaders and hence they should also be well thought-out while understanding
